MINUUTTIJUMPPA POHKEILLE

  Tee kaikki liikkeet istuen.

1. Nosta molemmat jalkaterät ylös nilkkoja koukistaen. Pidä jännitys 2 sekuntia. Ojenna nilkat heti perään pitkälle alas. Pidä asento 2 sekuntia, toista 10x.

2. Sama kuin edellä, mutta lisäkuormalla. Laita oikea jalkaterä vasemman päälle ja koukista vasenta nilkkaa vastustettuna. Tee sama oikealle, toista 10x.

3. Ota kengät pois ja tiputa paperilappu jalkoihin. Yritä rutistaa varpaita kipristämällä paperi ruttuun ja vastaavasti oikaista paperi rytystä suoraksi.
